Hello! I'm so glad you are here. This is a safe space and I hope you feel welcome the moment we connect. I'm Anna Keeffe (pronouns she/her), a licensed marriage and family therapist, specializing in couples and individual therapy. I have experience and training in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and I find this approach especially helpful to ease partners out of their stuck patterns and into a space of empathy, understanding, and secure connection. I bring this approach into my work with individuals as well, while also drawing from other modalities of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative techniques, and relational therapy.

At the heart of my practice is a genuine commitment to the well-being of my clients. I take a collaborative approach in the therapy space, recognizing that you are the expert of your experience. I hope to partner with you and together work towards uncovering the places you get stuck. I have success in helping my clients discover and connect with hidden emotions and fears, bringing them to the surface, and acknowledging them in a way that will bring you closer to yourself and others.
